Let’s head to the southwest Midi region of France, between Biarritz and Bayonne, and to Espelette, a charming red and white village world-famous for its chili peppers, which can be found hanging from ropes in robust houses we call Etxes (Etché). Upon entering the village, the beautiful Exte Antton opens its doors to you, to arouse your senses. Welcome to Antton, artisanal chocolatier in the heart of the Basque Country.
We offer an assortment of chocolates, served on brightly-coloured, striped Basque tablecloths, including creamy ganaches, mild pralines, crunchy bars, luxurious spreads and pure cocoa powder - wonders that awaken the taste buds and the senses.
Chili Pepper Ganache: LAMIN ALAIAK
The subtle, spicy speciality of the Master Chocolatier, a regional flavour resulting from the happy marriage of 70% dark chocolate and chili pepper. A creation that is perfected with a mild wine or champagne, it is best left to melt in the mouth so that you may fully appreciate the flavour of the chili after the dark chocolate fondant. A premium gift, presented in a luxurious box which perfectly reflects the delicacy of this chocolate, and a real treat to offer to your guests.
Black Cherry Ganache: GURE MAITAGARRIAK 
The elegant combination of Amarena cherries, 70% dark chocolate and kirsch. A mix of rich and robust cocoa married with the luscious flavour of cherries elegantly enhanced with a hint of kirsch. A delicate gourmet pleasure that is sure to please everyone and is both original and luxurious.
Cinnamon Ganache: KANELA
A journey to the essence of a warm and enchanting spice. The soft texture of the cinnamon combines with the delicate coating of 70% dark chocolate to make this ganache melt in your mouth.
The Little Heart: BIHOTZ TIPIA
The Little Heart of the house wears its name well: no gourmet could fail to succumb to its charms and its unique crunch! Rich with hazelnuts and flaky cookie layers and covered in 33% milk chocolate.
Orangette: A Refined Pleasure
A true classic, elegant and light: delicious slices of soft candied orange, lightly dusted in sugar and wrapped in 70% dark chocolate.
Marzipan: CASSATA / MENDIA / GOXOKI 
Another lovely way to enjoy marzipan. Flavoured with rum, candied fruits or pistachio, these ganaches will thrill the most exacting of connoisseurs. With a robust 70% cocoa content, the dark chocolate exterior complements the extreme delicacy of the marzipan.
Homemade Chocolate Spread: OPILA
Note to all gourmets who pride themselves on eating well: Remember this name: OPILA, meaning “little bun” in Basque. This chocolate spread – guaranteed palm oil-free – contains 32% hazelnuts and real dark chocolate. Our homemade spread is a delight when eaten with a small spoon for maximum pleasure. Also perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, in chocolate recipes, as an ice cream topping or in pastries.
Pure Cocoa Powder
100% pure chocolate cocoa, with no sugar, for a pristine and balanced flavour. Ideal for making hot chocolate, sweetened to your liking. This cocoa is also perfect for those who are concerned about their weight.
Cinnamon Cocoa Powder
Containing real cinnamon, this powder is excellent for making delicious hot chocolate or for perfecting gourmet recipes. Packaged in an original manner in a natural jute bag.

Our cre
ations are made from the finest dark chocolate, pleasantly robust, aromatic and made with pure cocoa butter. We have signed allegiance to the quality charter oath and pledge to use only cocoa butter and the finest ingredients to produce our chocolates, with no GMOs and no preservatives.
We have kept our promise with regards to these standards. Having already been recognized by our peers, our chocolates have been tasted by experts (Chocolate Lovers Club) and were ranked among the 155 best chocolates in France in 2010. In 1998, our rum ganache was awarded
the European Master Gold Medal.
